**For Conveyancers: Fair Trading Surplus CPD Points can be carried over for the next CPD year - "It is a condition of a licence that a licensee undertake 5 points of continuing professional development in each 12 month period following the granting or renewal of the licence. Surplus continuing professional development points from one year may be carried forward for twelve months"

**For Lawyers: CPD: NSW Law Society:
You may carry over a maximum of three (3) units from the previous CPD year if you attained the extra units between January and March. These units can only be counted towards one (1) CPD year.
