Brown & Brown did go above and beyond my expectations even as far as responding to emails on weekends and calling strata members / managers on my behalf to obtain information critical to my decision making.
During the negotiation phase / cooling off period Garth certainly didn’t hold back and pushed the vendor and their solicitor hard to get the best possible result for me, not just financially but also logistically as well.

The team places communication high on their lists of priorities when dealing with
clients. For many the purchase or sale of a house can prove to be a stressful time in
their lives. Consequently it is important to them that a client does not feel
disenfranchised from the conveyancing process.
Their edict is simply to offer prompt, professional service and straightforward advice.
Brown & Brown see the conveyancing process as more than just filling out forms. It
is an essential step in the process of transferring ownership of property. It is about
gathering information concerning a property and preparing documents and liaising
with stakeholders for its seamless transfer.
They know only too well that problems in property transactions often arise; not all
transactions are straight forward. There are many reasons why delays may occur. Lost
titles, finance delays, unforseen circumstances, compliance for subdivisions, problems
on survey, timing of settlements are all potential stumbling blocks.

Recommendation ...
Garth Brown from Brown and Brown Conveyancers was recommended to me by my buyers agent. They were not the cheapest but was recommended as the company that will provide me with red carpet service during my property transfer transaction. Buying a property remotely is difficult enough and I decided to use Garth as my Conveyancer.
A decision I will never regret. I got the red carpet services as I hoped for. I never had to guess what is happening despite an abnormal transaction where the vendor
and his bank has delayed the transaction due to issues on their side.
I have regular received updates via email and text message what is happening or what needs to be put in place for settlement. This information updates helped me to not worry about anything. I will not use anybody else in Sydney for my next property. Price does not matter.
